Step #6 Motivation: Create a network of people who support and motivate you

Usually when I feel like really burned out or not really hard line like, “this is going to happen,” I usually just sleep for like 12 to 14 hours, then I will feel better after. That is an extremely honest answer, but I guess other things that work for people might be talking to people who your product is reaching. Look at who’s gotten to the stage where people are using your product, it feels really good to just talk to them and be like, "Hey, do you care about this at all?" "Is this improving your life?" If you are a doctor, is this helping you use less time to like care for your patients? Do you feel more connected to them?

All of these things like I think at the end of the day, everyone who starts a company or builds a product really cares about their users. So if you talk to them about how what you've built has affected them, I think that is extremely motivating for anyone starting a company.
